Return and Exchange Eligibility

We want to make sure your experience is simple and fair.

  • Returns: Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Exchanges: Yes, we are happy to accept exchanges if you need a different size or style.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet our condition requirements:

  • Only New Products: Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Packaging: The item must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Usage: We cannot accept products that have been used, worn, or washed.

All returns are handled by mail to ensure a seamless experience for you, regardless of where you are in the United States.

Return Label

We aim to make returning items hassle-free and affordable:

  • Download and Print: Once your return request is approved, you will be able to download and print a prepaid shipping label directly.
  • No Cost: There is no cost to you for this return label; we cover the return shipping expenses.

Restocking Fee

We do not believe in hidden costs. There is no restocking fee for any returns or exchanges at Pawptrek.

Yes, Pawptrek accept exchanges.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the condition requirements mentioned above.

  • Refund Processing Time: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Method: The refund will be automatically applied to the original payment method used during checkout (USD).
  • Note: Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account after we process the refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

We know that life happens and sometimes things don’t work out. We have tried to make this process as easy as possible so you can get back to what matters adventures with your pet. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  • Reach Out to Us: Send an email to support@pawptrek.com with your Order Number and let us know if you are requesting a return or an exchange. Please tell us a little bit about why, so we can help you better.
  • Request Review: Our team will review your request to ensure your item is eligible. As a reminder, we accept returns for new, unused products in their original packaging within the 30-day window.
  • Receive Your Prepaid Label: Once we approve your request, we will email you directly with instructions on how to access your return. This email will contain a link for you to download and print your prepaid shipping label.
  • Print, Pack, and Ship: Simply print the label we emailed to you, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location. Since we provide this prepaid label, there is no cost to you for the return shipping.
  • Refund Processing: As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect the item. Once approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We know that life moves fast, and sometimes you might realize you made a mistake or changed your mind after hitting the “order” button. We want to help you fix that as quickly as possible.

  • Act Fast: If you need to cancel or modify your order (such as changing a size or updating a shipping address), please email us immediately at support@pawptrek.com.
  • The “Processing” Window: Because our team works hard to pack and ship your orders as soon as they come in, we can usually only accommodate changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed or handed over to our shipping carrier.
  • If it’s Too Late: If your order has already left our facility, we unfortunately won’t be able to cancel or modify it in transit. In that case, don’t worry, you can simply wait for the package to arrive and then follow our return process, and we’ll be happy to help you get the right item or a refund.
