Where does Pawptrek ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is absolutely free on all orders across the United States. No minimum purchase required, and there are no surprise fees at checkout.

What is the order cut-off time?
Our daily cut-off time is 3:00 PM (EST). Orders placed before this time on business days (Mon-Fri) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

How long does processing take?
Order processing takes 1-2 business days. This time is used for order verification, quality checks, and careful packing.

How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, transit time typically takes 3-7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 4-9 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can monitor your package’s journey.

What currency are transactions processed in?
All prices and shipping-related transactions on our website are processed in USD (United States Dollars).

What if I provided an incorrect shipping address?
Please double check your shipping details (including apartment numbers and zip codes) before finalizing your purchase. Pawptrek is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately; if your order hasn’t been handed to the carrier yet, we can update it for you.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable?
Pawptrek is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but later reported lost or stolen. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, our support team will contact you to arrange a reshipment. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Orders & Returns

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make changes or cancellations. Once an order is packed or shipped, we are unable to modify it.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@pawptrek.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will email you a prepaid shipping label that you can download and print.

Who covers the return shipping cost?
Pawptrek covers all return shipping expenses. We provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you for all approved returns.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The funds will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We strive for perfection, but sometimes things go wrong. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it immediately.

Is there any restocking fee?
No, there is no restocking fee for any returns or exchanges at Pawptrek.

Are exchanges accepted?
