At Pawptrek, we know you are excited to get your gear and start your adventures. We want to make sure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. This policy outlines how we handle, pack, and ship your orders.

Shipping Costs

We believe in keeping things simple. Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There are no surprise shipping fees at checkout.

Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure we get your order moving quickly, our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (EST) Eastern Standard Time (New York).

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST): We begin processing your order the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST): On weekends, or on public holidays, we begin processing your order on the very next business day.

Order Processing (Handling Time)

Once your order is placed, our team needs a little time to verify the details, perform quality checks, and pack your gear for the road.

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping & Delivery Times (Transit Time)

Once your order leaves our facility, the transit time is how long it takes for the carrier to get the package to your doorstep.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Total Delivery Time: When you combine our processing (1–2 days) and shipping transit time (3–7 days), your total estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days.

Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on the Pawptrek website and all shipping related transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars).

Order Tracking

We know the anticipation of waiting for a new package! As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We rely on the information provided at the time of checkout to get your gear to your door.

  • Double-Check Your Details: Please carefully review your shipping address (including apartment/suite numbers and zip codes) before finalizing your purchase.
  • The Consequences: Pawptrek is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
  • Need a change? : If you realize you made a mistake, email us immediately. If your order has not yet been handed off to the carrier, we can update the address for you. However, once the package has left our facility, we cannot change the destination.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pawptrek is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but later reported as lost or stolen. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, our support team will contact you to arrange reshipment.
